Rob Thomas (the showrunner, not the singer) is planning a 'Veronica Mars' movie. There are not enough U's for my resulting "DUUUUUUUUUUUDE!"

And...time to boogie. Seeya!

At some point in the past couple of months, Big Brother evidently unblocked LJ from its Evil filter, so yay! I've been enjoying the return from daytime isolation.

It's not as bad as when the SciFi Channel cancelled "Farscape" and picked up "Tremors: The Series", but...the illustrious CW, home of "Veronica Mars" and horrible promo monkeys, recently announced that "Veronica Mars will be going on hiatus for eight weeks, while the new reality series, 'The Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll', airs during the Veronica Mars time slot. The hiatus will begin on March 6th and continue for eight weeks." FOR FUCK'S SAKE, PEOPLE. One of those things is not remotely like the other. Grrr...

In other news, due to a little gentle encouragement from me, the Emperor has developed a fondness for "Sesame Street". As much as I dislike Elmo and all the new wave Muppetry he stands for, I gotta admit that watching my son bop along to the "Elmo's World" theme is pretty damned cute.

Did you know the number 4 is completely forgettable? Just ask the Emperor. Counting to five results in "1...2...3...5". If you hold up four fingers and count them, he will lean over and open the last finger as he triumphantly shouts "5!" He is such a goofball.
