If it's that bad, and you have to be out in public at all (or hate it when your nose gets flaky from blowing too much), take it from me right now and go get an aloe box. I had the cold from hell last semester and the aloe box saved my SOUL.

Also, if you have an aloe plant, raw aloe does WONDERS on sore noses. No lie. It's awesome.
