The double life of the Emperor

grammarwomanOur little guy enjoys confounding us on a regular basis. A large part of this is the completely different behaviors he shows at daycare and at home. At daycare, he eats everything on his plate. At home, mac'n'cheese has become the only reliable dinner time meal. At daycare, he lays still and lets them change his pants. At home, he usually kicks up a huge fuss and makes it an aerobic workout.
The one advantage we had was at naptime. He's been taking two-hour naps at daycare, with a recent gradual decline to an hour and a half. At home though, he's consistently taken 2.5 to 3 hour naps. Bliss! However, this seems to be changing -- this past weekend, he took 1.5 hour naps both days.
I want my three hours of freedom back! *sigh*
