Hello again, garden

I am so happy to see the second crop of my raspberries finally ripening. They look like they're going to be even more gorgeous and plentiful than the first. I picked a handful tonight that would make a food stylist cry:

Some of them are bigger than the bumblebees that are making sweet love to the bushes, almost the size of the end of my thumb:

They are so tasty, too. I've loved these invasive beauties since they crept into my yard from under the fence. Thanks again, neighbors!

OK Go and Transformative work

I will freely admit that I'm a big fan of OK Go. Their videos are brilliant little pieces of creative art (Treadmill choreography! Madcap driving course tunings! Rube Goldberg machines! Fun with optical illusions!), and their music is catchy as hell.

I'm watching their streaming concert right now. I was delighted to see them open their concert with a vidlet consisting of audio+video clips from a bunch of movies and TV shows, with people using the words "OK" and "Go" over and over.

This vidding thing is kinda catching on. :)
