S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y, Night!

But the family unit, all three of us, is venturing out tonight in our mostly-weekly gaming meetup with friends. The regular hosts in our group are extraordinarily patient with the Emperor's antics, for which we are very grateful, as we are too cheap to hire a babysitter, and the Emperor enjoys the opportunity to play games with a big crowd.
My personal favorite is Arkham Horror, a collaborative board game for 2-8 players based on the works of H.P. Lovecraft. It's like running a single-shot RPG session, only no one has to GM. The downside is that the learning curve is pretty steep, and it takes hours and hours (and hours) to play; we've had sessions start at 9 PM and go until 3 AM. Usually though we can bang out a game in 3-4 hours with several breaks.
