Two Weeks?

Argh. We decided on going with Lenscrafters, in order to get the Emperor the twisty-bendy glasses that I have, in hopes of making them last longer. We armwrestled him into submission to try on the frames, then again to get the eye placement marks. THEN she told us that in order to get the thin lenses for his ultra-high-powered prescription, it will take TWO WEEKS to get the damned things made.

So we're waiting, and he's getting the lamest birthday present ever. I am not looking forward to the training period.
