Post-con faceplant

I drove home from St. Louis this morning through pouring rain, called in late to work en route, and took a 3 hour nap in my own wonderful bed. I am still wiped out. But holy bejeebus, the Vancouver con was amazing in how completely wonderful it was.

mercury973 and I split some pictures, because there's no such thing as too much David Hewlett.



I do love David's Bond/Blue Steel face. Jenn has the right Bond girl attitude. Me, I'm just giddy.




This was supposed to be a Charlie's Angels shot, with the guys doing the Angels and Jenn and I being Bosley and Charlie. Of course David didn't listen, but it still came out delightfully wacky.


And now I must go home, bolt dinner, escort the Emperor to capoeira, and not pass out until at least he's gone to bed. I think I can, I think I can...

My friend nakedwesley has a ton of fun shots from past cons that are quite inspiring, so I've started branching out from the usual shoulder-hug arrangement. I love it when the celebs get into it! (Of course, I should confess that David Hewlett called me bossy when I was arranging the group one, but it was all in fun.)
