#12 is a little obscure, so no shame there. As for knowing the rest...I think we need a lover-of-musicals secret handshake or something. *grin*

I had to look up #12 and 13....Still not sure what 8 is, and 7, while I knew what it was supposed to be, eluded my language processing for a few minutes.
