Oh hell no, you aren't. Four-year-olds do not need everyone on the gods' earth at their birthdays! They don't really give a crap anyway. I once read a guideline that the party should have guests to match the kid's age, plus one. Seems like a reasonable number to me, at least until you get into real school and there start to be social consequences from who gets invited where.
