I am delighted to see the surge of posting on DW, even as it highlights the utter lack on my part to add to the conversation by sharing things here.
Well, to be fair, I have been commenting on other people's posts (though not as much as I want to, mind you, because my social anxiety saying "No one gives a fuck about your advice or your opinion" kills at least 50% of what I might have to say, so for those whose offerings I haven't spammed, you're, um, welcome?). But I keep writing notes in my head, and then for one reason or another (mainly the social anxiety), the urge to share fizzles out, and I retreat to refreshing my reading list and playing low-stakes tappy games on my phone.
Overcoming personal obstacles and silencing the negative voices in one's head seem to be the order of the day, however, so I will try to get the fuck over myself and write, and create, and keep on doing more than just keeping on.
Onward!

Feeling isolated - exactly. Preemptively cutting myself off from people in fear/avoidance of them doing it is such a helpful defense mechanism. *eye-roll*
