It went kinda eh. It was more of a Windows certification test than a generic help desk test. Two other people tested at the same time; one walked out after an hour, the other thought it was as hard as the husband did. So we officially don't know. *sigh*

What's really ridiculous is that, according to husband, anyone who could have had an easy time passing the test should be pulling down a lot more money that this job offers.

At the very least, this should kick his butt into pursuing other work possibilities.
