I used something very similar to that with the doc's office today ("I don't know what's going on, but I'm very frustrated and hoping you can clear it up...", and she put me on hold to call the pharmacy right then and there, and then I called the pharmacy to confirm, and everything went smoothly finally when I got there, and DRUGS ACHIEVED WOO GO ME. :)

Wow, was that a ridiculous amount of effort.
