I am wallowing around in all this advice. This is wonderful stuff - thank you! I will have to go seek out your offer letter so I can study it for specifics and perhaps judiciously pilfer the contents. A lot of this articulates what was bouncing around in my brain for what to put on the offer letter, so it's great to see my vague thoughts put into organized form.
