Ugh. Bodies should just do what you want them to when you want them to. Taking a break is probably good - both mentally (I can't imagine how much of a rollercoaster it is to get your hopes up and up and then have them come down) and physically (sometimes I think the body is contrary). Plus, a lot of people I know have luck *after* they stop trying so much. In happy news, a friend of mine went through all sorts of stuff and was finally going to go to the doctor and just do IVF and the DAY BEFORE she was due for her appointment, she went to her regular doctor because of a cold and found out she was pregnant.
