Date: 2008-10-01 08:42 pm (UTC)It's a compound problem, though -- Al's car is due back from the shop tomorrow, and I don't want to ditch him with a potentially unreliable vehicle, plus the event starts at 6 PM, which means ditching out of work early and either driving back REALLY REALLY late, or missing part of tomorrow, and...yeah. Barring instantaneous transport, it just doesn't work.
